At Mickey Walker Management we pride ourselves in the ability to deliver first class, reliable and efficient service to all our customers, whatever their requirements. The key to a successful corporate golf event is in the planning, and close liaison with the Client. Our many years' experience in this field means that you can entrust all the planning and management of your event to us.
Our services to the client include the full administration and organisation of the event leading up to and on the day.
Most of our clients, because of client contact, like the responsibility of issuing and following-up invitations to ensure a good attendance. However, MWM is on hand to advice on these matters.
Venue Liaison
We liaise with the host golf club in all matters relating to the event, from catering and tee reservations through to liaising with the green staff and the resident golf professional making them aware of all golfing needs.
Liaising with Professionals
We can arrange for golf professionals, celebrities and, if required, after dinner speakers and liaise with them directly or their agents to ensure that they are familiar with the company’s needs and, if required, negotiate fees.
Format and Competitions
Following discussions with you, Mickey Walker Management will design a format for your company day and be responsible for administration of all competitions.
Advertising Material
We can arrange to have the appropriate banners and signage positioned at the venue on the day, and organise for such material to be made to the company's specifications and budget.
Gifts and Prizes
Working to company budgets, we can acquire such gifts and prizes as required and can arrange for company logos and suitable engraving to be added.
Promotional Items
MWM can acquire at preferential rates, such promotional items as golf balls, towels, tees etc. all of which can be logoed with the company name, a small but effective way of advertising.
Video and Photography
We can arrange for a photographer to be present on the day and for a same day service to be available. We also have the latest video and playback equipment, which can be set up for video analysis, and for a small cost copies can also be made.
Hotel Reservations
Working within a budget, we will investigate hotels in the area and give you written quotations. We will liaise with the hotel of your choice making reservations on your behalf.
